Ideal Profile:

• Full higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist).

• 3+ years of experience on the position of a Lawyer or legal counsel preferably in production companies
• Knowledge of Civil, labor, financial, administrative law.
• Advanced verbal communication skills, including group presentation.

• Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection
• Current legislation.
• Managing the procedure for the conclusion and execution of economic contracts.
• Readiness to move to Ternopil region (Chortkiv)

• Able to speak and write English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with decrees, orders, regulations, methodological, regulatory and other guidance materials related to the legal activities of the company.

Our client, one of the fast-growing legal firms, is looking for Senior Associate (Int. Arbitration Practice), Kiev

Main requirements:

· University degree in law (in a reputable university will be a plus);

· LLM degree with a foreign law school will be an advantage;

· 5+ years of legal experience with international arbitration is a must;

· Previous working experience in leading legal firm is a must;

· Managerial experience (able to build and manage a legal team);

· Able to think strategically;

· Able to work independently & in a team;

· Able to motivate and lead team;

· Client-oriented;

· Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must.
